After installation, set one or more alarms. Choose the time, days and give it a name.

Tap an existing alarm to edit it. Use the + button to add a new one. With Premium, choose your own response time.

Alarm goes off — swipe

When the alarm goes off, the clock changes to "aCheq". Swipe left or right — the alarm stops. The screen never changes.

Nobody sees that an emergency message is being sent.

Add an emergency contact

Choose who gets a message if you don't respond. Tap "Invite a friend" to ask someone.

The app works best when your contact also uses aCheq — they receive a push notification directly. Free!
